The clinic is on the second floor of the Physician’s Office Building #2. There’s an elevator and a stair immediately to your left as you enter the building. Go up to the second floor and then down the hall heading East. The clinic will be on your left side about halfway down the hall.
From I-205 Southbound
The clinic is right behind Mall 205 off of the 205 freeway. Take exit 21-A for Glisan Street towards Stark Street. Turn left onto Washington Street. Turn right on 96th Avenue. Turn left on Main Street. About a quarter mile down the road across the street from the hospital, the parking lot will be on your left side. The clinic is directly east of the parking lot.
From I-205 Northbound
The clinic is right behind Mall 205 off of the 205 freeway. Take exit 20 for Washington Street. Turn right onto Washington Street. Turn right on 96th Avenue. Turn left on Main Street. About a quarter mile down the road across the street from the hospital, the parking lot will be on your left side. The clinic is directly east of the parking lot.
From I-84 Eastbound
The clinic is right behind Mall 205 off of the 205 freeway. Take exit 6 for I-205 South. Keep right towards Glisan/Stark Street. Turn left onto Washington Street. Turn right on 96th Avenue. Turn left on Main Street. About a quarter mile down the road across the street from the hospital, the parking lot will be on your left side. The clinic is directly east of the parking lot.
From the MAX Light Rail
Take the Green Line to the SE Main Street Station. The clinic is about 600 yards directly east down Main Street, on your left.
